Seeking a Photography Intern

Hearth Cabinet is seeking a photography intern to shoot some of our fireplace installations in hotels, restaurants and residences in Manhattan. We're looking for someone with landscape, architectural and/or product photography experience.

We do not need someone to come in on a daily basis but this person should be fairly available during business hours for occasional on site photography. Our small office environment allows interns to be creative, get real hands on work experience and build their portfolio. Although this is unpaid we offer school credit and recommendations.

In case you missed it, last night we held an event in our Chelsea showroom. We lit all our Hearth Cabinet Safety Fireplaces™ and brought in delicious hors d'oeuvres and wine for guests to enjoy.

It was prepared by Cooking by the Book. Cooking by the Book leads hands-on team building cooking events for corporate groups and their friends in a beautiful Tribeca loft space fitted with a state of the art kitchen. The company was founded in 1989 by Suzen O'Rourke and has been providing great service ever since. Clients include NYC's finest companies from Citigroup to Hermes to Paul Weiss. Our black Safety Fireplace™ was installed in a brick arch lining the dining room, which comfortably seats up to 40 guests for lunch or dinner or 70 for a stand-up cocktail reception.
